Refund policy

Thank you very much for buying our products (classroom training / online training).

When you buy a product (classroom training / online training) on Rejuvenate Your Project Management LLP website you agree to our Privacy Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions in addition to below points.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

Rejuvenate Your Project Management LLP reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or even change the location of an event which may be due to insufficient enrolments, Trainer’s illness, force-majeure & natural Calamities.
In case Rejuvenate Your Project Management LLP cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the candidate/delegate /participant within 30 days of time.
If cancellation is done by candidate/delegate /participant before 7 days or more, prior to the event, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the candidate/delegate /participant.
If a cancellation is done by a candidate/delegate /participant less than 7 days, prior to the event, no refunds will be made.
Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

If the cancellation is done by the candidate/delegate /participant within 48 hours of subscribing, 10% will be deducted as administration fee.
If the cancellation is done by the candidate/delegate /participant after 48 hours of subscribing no refund will be made.
Note: The processing time for all refunds is within 30 days from the date of receipt of the refund request. No cash refunds will be made to the candidate/delegate /participant/customer under any circumstances. The amount will be transferred to the candidate/delegate /participant /customer’s account from where the payment has been made.
